You, do swear, that you will well and truly try and determine according to evidence, the matter now pending between the people of the state of new-york and ensign Robert Dillon. And you do fur ther swear, that you will not divulge the sentence of the court, until the same shall be approved or disapproved, pursuant to the act entitled an act to organize the militia of this state, neither will you, Upon any account or at any time whatsoever, disclose or discover the voteor opinion of any particular member of the court-mar.
